Quick answer
What is Agents as a Service?
Agents as a Service is a delivery model in which a specialist designs, builds, hosts and continuously improves AI agents for your business under one engagement. TheSalesWork delivers it for revenue teams: voice, chat, email, research, CRM and service agents that run on your CRM and data, with human approval where it matters and results reported every month.
Why agent projects stall
Most AI agents never make it from demo to daily work.
The model is rarely the problem. Agents fail when they can’t see the context, aren’t trusted to act, or have no one keeping them sharp. We’re built around fixing all three.
No context
Agents can’t see the CRM, the last call or the pricing rules, so they guess.
We connect your CRM, calls, docs and signals before an agent ever acts.
No guardrails
One bad email blast or CRM overwrite and the project is shelved.
Approvals, field-level permissions, send caps and audit logs from day one.
No owner
The pilot works, then quietly degrades as nobody tunes it.
We run evals, review outcomes and ship improvements every month.
The agents
One agent per job, all sharing one view of every account.
Start with the workflow that costs you the most time or pipeline. Add more agents as each one proves itself.
Voice Agents
Inbound and outbound calling agents that qualify, book, follow up and hand off warm to your reps.
See how it worksChat Agents
Website, in-app and messaging agents that answer, qualify and book meetings while buyers are still on the page.
See how it worksEmail Agents
Agents that work your inboxes: reply handling, signal-triggered outreach, follow-ups and shared-inbox triage.
See how it worksResearch & Prospecting Agents
AI SDR-style agents that research accounts, map buying committees, watch for triggers and brief your reps.
See how it worksCRM & RevOps Agents
Agents that keep your CRM clean and current: hygiene, call-to-CRM updates, deal risk, routing and forecast prep.
See how it worksService & Success Agents
Support and customer success agents that triage, resolve, spot churn risk and prepare renewals.
See how it worksContext-Driven Agents
The context layer underneath: your CRM, calls, docs and signals, unified so every agent acts on the full picture.
See how it worksContext-driven by design
Agents are only as good as the context they act on.
Every agent we build runs on a permissioned context layer that connects your CRM, calls, email, docs and buying signals, exposed through retrieval and MCP. That’s why our agents sound like your best rep, not a template.

Why TheSalesWork
CRM people who build agents, not the other way round.
We know your CRM
Agents that touch live records need people who understand data models, automation and permissions. That’s where we started.
Humans stay in control
Approval queues, escalation rules and audit trails come standard. Autonomy is earned path by path.
Protect the brand
Deliverability caps, consent checks, disclosures and claim rules keep agents from burning domains or trust.
Model-agnostic
We use the best model for each job and switch as the field moves, without rebuilding your agents.
Measured on pipeline
Every agent has a business metric: speed-to-lead, meetings, hours saved or resolution rate, reported monthly.
No black boxes
Your data stays in your systems. Prompts, workflows and integrations are documented and handed over.

We design, build, host and keep improving AI agents for your go-to-market team, under one monthly engagement. You get working agents in production, plus the monitoring, evaluation and tuning that keep them performing, without hiring an AI team.
How quickly can our first agent go live?
A focused first agent, such as speed-to-lead calling, reply handling or call-to-CRM updates, typically goes live within two to four weeks of kickoff, once access and data are in place.
Do we need to change our CRM or tools?
No. We build on Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and the GTM tools you already use. If something in your setup is blocking results, we’ll tell you and can fix it as part of the work.
Will AI agents replace our reps?
That’s not the goal. Our agents take on research, admin, follow-up and first-touch work so your people spend more time in real conversations. Sensitive actions stay behind human approval.
Which AI models do you use?
We’re model-agnostic. We pick the right model for each task, whether that’s Claude, GPT, Gemini or open models, and can switch as better options appear, without rebuilding your agents.
How do you handle security and data privacy?
Agents use least-privilege access and inherit permissions from your source systems. We can deploy inside your own cloud account, keep data in-region, and sign NDAs and DPAs.
How is pricing structured?
Pilots and builds are fixed-scope. Agents as a Service is a monthly fee covering hosting, monitoring and improvement, plus usage. Implementation and GTM services are fixed-scope or monthly retainers. We scope everything after a short call.

Pick one workflow. We’ll have an agent running it in weeks.
