What this covers

This notice explains how TheSalesWork handles personal information collected through this website, including the Book a demo and Contact forms. It does not cover client engagements, which are governed by their own agreements.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, work email, company, role, phone number (if provided), interests and message.
  • Technical information: the page you submitted from, referrer, campaign (UTM) parameters, and your approximate country derived from your IP address by our hosting provider.

We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and marketing measurement tools, such as Google Analytics. These tools may set cookies and collect usage information, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We use this to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Website chat

The chat on this site is an AI assistant. Your messages are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate replies. We keep short-lived service logs of the questions asked, which may be retained for a few days, to fix problems and improve answers. If you choose to share your email in the chat, we receive it together with the conversation so we can follow up. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange any meeting you request.
  • To understand which services people are interested in.
  • To protect the site and forms from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information. We will not add you to marketing emails without your permission.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Analytics and measurement tools are provided by Google and any other providers we configure in Google Tag Manager. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and/or recorded in our CRM, using service providers that process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@thesaleswork.com.
